Thomas and Alito for the reasons you mentioned. And....a Democratic president signing legislation to expand the Court to at least 13 justices.

What should worry people is that the overturning of civil rights (so long predicted by SCOTUS watchers and announced repeatedly by the Heritage Foundation and the Federalist Society) is just getting started.
Ultimately, a combination of bad-faith decisions emanating from the bench, coupled with the ongoing movement to rewrite the Constitution, uninformed citizens, and the absence of an opposition party will leave the country immiserated.
